Manchester House

Manchester House is one of Southport’s finest Victorian residences, which overlooks Hesketh Park. Easily located in Southport, the home is close to the town centre and promenade.

The home offers a wide range of specialist nursing care, beyond which a general nursing home might provide. Manchester House has provided the local community with bespoke nursing care for many years, with a reputation of providing excellent care for those who have complex care needs.

Our home certainly has charm and character, the hallway, lounges and dining rooms are large with high ceilings ensuring that along with the beautiful decor, the home is a very pleasant place to be.

The benefit of a large extension at the rear of the home ensures that there are ample ground floor bedrooms plus, reception rooms, dining rooms and lounges for residents to spend their time away from their own private bedrooms, should they wish. There are also accessible garden and courtyard garden areas for all to enjoy.

Bedrooms are very well appointed and furnished, varying in size to accommodate necessary care equipment and mobility aids, we very much encourage our residents to personalise their own bedrooms to ensure that it feel ‘just like home’.
