Dovehaven Care Homes

If you’re looking for somewhere to care for your loved one, both my Mum and I, couldn’t recommend Westcliffe Manor highly enough. This home is more like a hotel, it’s also spotless. The staff are wonderful and so dedicated to the residents. Nothing is too much trouble. Everyone goes out of their way to do anything you ask and the staff genuinely seem happy to be working there. It’s a wonderful place.

We are more than satisfied and happy that Mum was placed at Dean Wood Manor. Mum is currently in Woodlands Unit. Her principal carer is a role model for the rest of the team and nothing is ever too much trouble, always going above and beyond. The care is second to none, Mum is always well presented, clothed, showered, nails and hair done.

I cannot convey how very impressed l am with the standards and kindness of everyone who works at Millbrook especially dealing with a very demanding and complex patient.

My mother has been a resident at Dovecote Manor for 18 months now and has been extremely well looked after in this time. The pandemic has presented a huge challenge to the management and staff and they have handled it magnificently. They have always been so friendly and helpful towards me and the genuine care and affection they show my mother gives me huge reassurance.

There are not enough words to say how fabulous this care home is, they are like my extended family. My father since day one has never asked about leaving or going home. The staff go above and beyond to look after him and the other residents. It’s such a hard decision to put a family member in a care home but he is so happy there, and I can’t thank them enough for being there for him. Not a bad word to say about Paradise House or the staff there. Many thanks to you all.

My Mum moved into Garden Lodge in November 2018. I had no idea what to expect, this being my first experience of a Care Home. From day one, myself and my family felt reassured. They feel like family. Thank you to the team, you are earth’s angels.
