Your loved one isn't defined by their condition or care needs - they're a unique individual with their own history, preferences, and personality. That's why everything we do starts with getting to know who they really are.
We believe your loved one’s environment should help them feel safe, comfortable and more like themselves. That’s why 22 of our 23 homes have achieved recognition from the Dementia Services Development Centre at the University of Stirling for our dementia-friendly design.

Our homes are thoughtfully designed to compensate for age-related changes like sight loss, hearing loss, and mobility challenges. Every detail - from lighting and colours to layout and signage - is carefully considered to help your loved one feel settled, secure and more at ease each day.
We understand your loved one might sometimes feel unsettled or overwhelmed. When these moments happen, our team uses Positive Behavioural Support (PBS) - a compassionate, evidence-based approach that looks for the reasons behind behaviours.
Our teams are trained in gentle, effective techniques that respect dignity whilst keeping everyone safe.
Working with you, your
