Dovehaven Welcomes Duncan Rennie as Chief Financial Officer

Dovehaven is pleased to announce the appointment of Duncan Rennie as Chief Financial Officer, joining the business following a structured handover with outgoing FD Shivaun Jones, who is leaving after more than six years with the organisation.

Duncan brings over 20 years’ senior finance leadership experience across complex, people-centred organisations. Most recently Group Finance Director at HCRG Care Group, one of the UK’s largest providers of community healthcare, Duncan has led large-scale finance teams through periods of growth, transformation and investment, working closely with boards and private equity partners to ensure long-term financial sustainability.

His expertise spans financial strategy, governance, acquisitions, investment planning and operational transformation, experience that strongly aligns with Dovehaven’s continued focus on high-quality care, strong teams and responsible growth.

Duncan will take up the role following a handover period with Shivaun Jones, who has played a pivotal role in Dovehaven’s development. During her six years with the business, Shivaun has overseen significant growth, strengthened financial governance and supported major strategic initiatives. Her contribution was recognised last year when she was named FD of the Year at the Accountable Recruitment Awards.
