Our New Website Is Live - Making It Easier to Find Care and Join Our Team

We’re excited to announce that our brand new Dovehaven website is now live!

This isn’t just a fresh look. Our aim was to create a website that truly reflects who we are today - the warmth of our communities, the quality of the care we provide across the North West, and the values we live by every day.

Whether you’re looking for care for yourself or a loved one, exploring a career in care, or wanting to learn more about our homes, we hope you’ll find the new site easier to use, more informative and more welcoming.

The new site has been built to support the three groups who visit us most:

• residents and loved ones wanting to stay connected
• people considering or developing a career in care

With clearer navigation and improved accessibility, it’s now simpler to:

• explore our residential, nursing and dementia care services
• find care homes in Southport, Liverpool, Preston and across Lancashire
• learn more about life in our homes
• apply for care home jobs and career opportunities

More personal, more real

One of the most important parts of this project has been capturing the real heart of Dovehaven.

The new site features authentic photography and video from our homes, celebrating daily life and the incredible teams who make people feel welcome, supported and at home.

As we visited homes and spoke with team members, one thing stood out. Their passion for making people smile. That’s what we have aimed to bring forward online.

Built with our values at the centre

Compassion, accountability, respect, diversity, excellence and strength in unity guide everything we do. Our website now reflects this more clearly, helping families and future colleagues understand what makes Dovehaven unique.

The new site also helps us strengthen connections with our homes and support our ongoing efforts to attract and retain brilliant people who share our commitment to exceptional care.

Created in partnership

This project has been a true collaboration. Working closely with our partners at Care Launch, we rebuilt the site from the ground up, starting with the most important part: getting the voice right. Together, we developed our tone of voice guidelines, shaped around the people who matter most to us: families, residents and those exploring a career in care.

Care Launch spent time in our homes, meeting residents and team members to understand what makes our communities special. Their insight and creativity helped us bring that warmth and authenticity online, making the new site feel more like the real Dovehaven.
