We're a purpose-built two-storey care home in the suburb of Old Swan, Liverpool, caring for 43 residents living with dementia who require residential care.

David Wright is very proud to lead a team where every member is totally committed to their residents, no matter their job role. David ensures that Brooklands maintains its reputation as a kind, safe place where residents feel like valued members of the family.
"What makes Brooklands special is how we've created a true community where everyone belongs. Whether it's our themed food events, reminiscence therapy, or simply the daily interactions between staff and residents, we've built something that feels like a real family home."
David, along with our Deputy Manager, are always on hand to provide support and advice to both team members and family members.
