What you’ll do

• Support residents with daily living: personal care, meals, mobility and meaningful activities.
• Listen carefully to each person’s preferences and encourage independence wherever possible.
• Work in line with individual care plans, record concerns and communicate clearly with senior staff.
• Use equipment safely, maintain confidentiality and follow our policies and guidance.
• Be a positive, reliable part of the team and complete required training.
