Accountable to: Senior Team

As a Registered Nurse at Dovehaven, you’ll play a key role in helping residents live well, feel valued and experience the highest standards of care. You’ll bring clinical expertise, a calm and compassionate approach, and a commitment to creating a safe, homely environment for everyone.

What you’ll do

  • Deliver excellent nursing care and support residents’ physical, emotional and social wellbeing.
  • Lead by example, guiding and supporting care staff with confidence and kindness.
  • Ensure safe medication practices and accurate, accountable record-keeping.
  • Work in line with professional standards, CQC expectations and Dovehaven policies.
  • Promote independence, dignity and choice in every interaction.
  • Welcome families, encourage resident involvement and help make the home feel warm, inclusive and personal.
  • Maintain a safe environment and respond quickly to concerns or changes in health.
